Telkom bad service

Hi. We moved over from Mtn to Telkom mobile about 2 years ago. Recently we recieved messages stating out of bundle eventhough we have plenty data left. Call centre tell us its because there is no coverage in Elsies River or Belhar. Yes,2 years no problem and now no coverage. Next day ,coverage. Seems our networks have great service untill you have a problem. Reimburse me,but told sorry,its your lost. When i buy data or airtime we have a contract,you give me a service for my money for a certain time. Telkom is ignoring this agreement. Hope Vodacom is a little better. Bad service telkom.
