Telkom Bad service

I phoned Telkom twice (Lucky and Tsepo) in connection with our router and internet connection, after 30 minutes they answered and as soon as they tested the line we got cut off. They don't listen to what you are saying and they are not very friendly. I would like to have answers to my questions and an understanding of what they are doing.. Paradysland Nursery ***
