Telkom bad service

From the 20th of May i have been approved for Uncapped DSL with order number: ***A and a service provider was assigned which was Openserve but they said that there is something wrong with the order. Then I kept doing follow ups which led me to getting a new order number ***A on the 08th of July, I phoned today and they said something about vetting, they must just tell me if they don't want to help me
