Telkom bad service

I have signed up a new internet contract with Telkom 1st week internet was fine after a week we have been having endless problems when we call 10210 the agents give us another number when we dial 181180 immediately cuts off we hold on for hours no agent can help I need to someone from Telkom to contact me urgently to fix this internet problem or if I can please cancel this contract WE ARE PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT DOESNT EVEN WORK
