Telkom bad service

As a Telkom customer I regularly use the WiFi hotspot at Marinas deli on Monte Vista Blvd Monte Vista. Ons Monday ********** 08 I found that it was off. Ons inquiry I was told that it was reported to Telkom and a technician is coming to see to the problem. Ons Friday ********** 2 I found that it was still not working. How long does it take for this to be sorted?
