Telkom bad service

I have been having problems everynight since February 2019 where by my internet goes off just before or after 8 PM and when it come back on my download speed is between 0.8 to 1.5 MBps.I had logged calls ,seen about 5 or 6 technicians.None of them was able to help.Tried to call 24 hour support.Can't even get hold of anyone at that time.

The best of all is the calls get closed everytime without the problem even being resolved.

Telkom I cant understand how this works...............
