Telkom bad service

5 years ago I signed up for a 5GB promo data contract it was the best deal ever, speed and coverage were very good at my house I even renewed the contract. Fast Forward to 2018/2019 I'm stuck in a data contract with speeds of 0.1Mb/s LTE basically doesn't work at all and Telkom claims the engineers have fixed the issue but yet I pay this service I can't utilize.

I've been warned about joining Telkom multiple times but I ignored everyone and now I'm regretting it. DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT USE TELKOM!!!
