TELKOM BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!

If only i could give Telkom a -10 rating! This company is completely useless! I've upgraded my adsl to vumatel fibre. They requested that i call the call centre to deactivate the adsl. I've been trying for the past week to get hold on ANY agent!!!! Everytime i need to hold for 20 minutes and no answers the flippin phone!!!! At the end of this month they will probably send me 2 bills!!!! Pathetic service!!!!
