TELKOM bad service

Good morning everyone I've got a problem with my WiFi at home that doesn't work since the 3rd of December 2018. I phoned every day and they say they will come and fix it. I try to phone this morning again but the nr 10210 just went dead every time. I will epresiate it if someone can exist me with this problem.
