Telkom Bad Service

I have been waiting for a router which I have ordered in November and have not received this to date. Very bad service from Telkom. When they did eventually try to deliver, I was on December Break so not at the delivery address - to date no other arrangements have been made. Prior to the above I had to call Telkom to push them to receive my order!
