Telkom bad service

We cancelled our Telkom line over a year ago already got confirmation that it is cancelled. Yet they put us on the credit bureau for bad debit as we apparently owe them money which is absolute BS. So now we have a bad credit record because of Telkoms *********** service. You don't get good service anymore anywhere in this life.
