Telkom bad service

Telkom does not even deserve one star as far as I am concerned. Vumatel cables was installed on 10/11/2018, my order was done on 01/11/2018. Telkom made such a mess with my account that it took them a month to close the deal, I contacted them on numerous occasions, which I think I have shares now after all these phone calls. Each consultant have a different story. Some of the staff members are very ***********, others try and help you where they can and will go the extra mile for you. It has been over a month and my WiFi is still not working, as soon as they hear you want to cancel, they are very eager to help. So many people warned me about them, but still I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They did not want to accept the small package of 60 gig in October, because I did not have enough debt, but they accepted the other one of R 807.00 per month. I am fed up and want to cancel this contract, what is the use I have it and cannot use it.
