Telkom bad service

I did a contract online with telkom for a mobile phone and then they said they will debit my account which they did so now 3 weeks later after waiting for my phone and contacting telkom everyweek they tell me there is no stock of the phone and I have I change my contract that I utter nonsense as when I was doing the contract they said they have stock and the phone will be delivered within 7 days, I have spoken to a call center agent and he is addiment in saying that there is not stock and I have to change the contract, i want a direct response from telkom with regards to my situation it's absolutely terrible service from them.
