Telkom bad service

I took out a contract with Telkom 3 mnths ago, the service is terrible I am so sorry I ever changed to them. I have been trying to port my number with not success I keep having to go back to the store, when I call them you hold on forever and then get cut off. I tried the chat line and the consultant just refers me back to the store, so I am paying for a service that I am not using seeing that they cant even get a simple port of a number right, very frustrated
