Telkom bad service

I have a Telkom landline and a adsl router which both are currently not working actually since last year November I've reported the issue and got this reference number 121CTK20118,I've followed up several times but the issue is still not resolved yet Im paying every month, I've ran out of patience. The consultant at the Secunda branch have the worst customer service, they are not Igor to help they just tell me to call Telkom help line.
