Telkom BAD Service

Absolutely annoyed! and disgusted at the service received from Telkom. We have 3 cellphone contracts and a data contract. No outstanding amounts on our account BUT we havent had connection since last week Monday. My husband works from home and is reliant on that wifi but ja who cares? We have phoned Telkom numerous of times and only to be told that there is a call logged. Nobody phones us back with any update because nobody actually has any answers to this pathetic service. Sad and horrific truth is that we will pay the full amount for the contracts even though we have had no service and had to spend money buying new simcards. Wish these contracts could just be ended!!!
