TELKOM BAD SERVICE!!!

STILL NO CONNECTION EVEN TODAY!!!

I have been transferred to this person and the other, and the other person, made over 5 calls speaking to different call center agents …. And still no assistance or connection. I send emails but no response!!!

Please send a technician URGENTLY to sort out the matter or come and remove the fibre and take the modems!!

I have been billed on a monthly basis but I don’t have the service. I guess my last option is to go to consumer complaints, Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman!

My business has been affected and clients don’t care they will simply not pay me…
