TELKOM BAD SERVICE

I am utterly disappointed in the service Telkom has offered be ever since I took out a contract by them.

First they get you get your order wrong. Then they don't provide you with the data you suppose to be getting and they bill you more than what you signed up for.

I am so disappointed and frustrated.I have been trying to reach the call center for an entire week,every time when I finally get through to someone they transfer me to another department that never picks up.
