********** 507 - Huawei P9 lite To explain timeline We informed Telkom Stellenbosch (Quintin and Unathi) about the problem , 1 week before the telephone’s 1st year expired. We could not leave the phone at the store because we could not get a loan phone. Quintin said he will try to get a phone from Huawei. All this was while the screen was not cracked. The screen cracked about a week later. NOW huawei does not want to fix the phone because the screen is cracked!

Telkom know and acknowledge the fault on the phone before the screen was cracked.

And now Telkom do not want to fix the phone?
