Telkom bad service
Worst service ever. Did log a call and visit the store 3 times complaining about problem. This is 10th day without home phone and internet. Did get mails that they fixed the problem, had to call them to say nothing has been done twice. Not sure when they will fix because nobody can give me any update. Tollfree number service very bad and people rude.

After numerous complaints and me driving to the service guys to speak directly with them my problem is sorted. It was a Telkom mistake. What to do about the Telkom rental fees? I feel it is unfair and do not want to pay because I had to cancel my holiday because alarm system did not work. Also Showmax and Netflix subscriptions needed to be paid and could not use any of it.
