Telkom bad service

Telkom promised to transfer my 94 year old mother's telephone within the same complex on the 1st of June After 16 days repeated telephone calls, visits to Telkom and complaints the phone has not been transferred.

This is very poor service and we are desperate for the phone to be transferred as my mother cannot be without a telephone.
