Telkom Bad Service

I have app**** for a cellphone contract online which was approved,a debit order went through my bank account and I received an sms to confirm these and waited for a cellphone to be delivered.All this in April.

Now a month later,there’s no cellphone yet a payment profile for a Telkom cellphone account was added on my ITC,how do I pay for something I do not have.

Telkom is a complete nightmare and the people at the call Centre don’t know what they doing I get send from pillar to post.
