Telkom bad service

I received an sms that I must pay my account. I then do a manual payment for the outstanding balance. Telkom went ahead and debit my account again. I called them 3 times requesting a refund they advised me they cannot do I must wait. Imagine they received my money and did not wait now it's an issue to refund my money back!!!
