Telkom bad service

I have had a query with Telkom ongoing for two months and have not received any feedback. They have me listed as an individual who has defaulted on payment. The issue is I have never received the product or service in question or an invoice/statement reflecting that i have not made payments instead. It has been more than two months and the matter is not yet resolved the Telkom service is absolutely ******* and of an unacceptable standard!!
