Telkom bad service

I have reported that my telephone line aswell as my adsl modem is not working on the 8th of February 2018 ref nr. 844CRK080218 as from date nothing has been done to fixed the problem they onky said that this is in progress how long do they want to take to fixed a problem there is nothing wrong to collect your monthly bill every month but when it comes to service with telkom you must wait. Is there no client services anymore?????? As from date nothing is been done. Wow they advertise such nice service on tv but wow when you need something it is on there time??????? I phone on the 19th of February 2018 and the person Suprice with no response. I phoned on the 25the of February 2018 and the lady said that the matter is been reported to the technician but she cannot give me a time frame because the te hnician still have to draw material out of there store wow at this stage nothing is been done how long does it take to draw material out of a store the fixed a problem???????? Is ghis the way that Telkom is going to work? Telkom advertised such nice deals but when it comes to service there is NOTHING!!!!!!!!
