Telkom bad service

OK I have a connection problem it seem like the agent I talk to don't know or avoid the question I have a b315s modem and been connecting very well with full signal but as from last week I'm only getting 2-3 bars so I call the call centre and u was told there was a 4G fault with Telkon but they working on it then I say OK no problem and then today I call and I speak to some else they tell there has never been a 4G problem now I'm string here asking myself who should believe and I'm still getting a bad signal and I buy data every month to use not to have it wasting away because I have a bad signal
