Telkom bad service

I bought telkom night surfer packcage 2gb day and 5 gb night surferBut only 2 gb can use not the night surfer when I phone clientservice the lady told me I can only use the 2gb not the 5gb because I not using Telkom net work But roaming in my area where I stay are no Telkom towers now must I am loosing due to bad service of telkom
