Telkom bad service

Hello. My adsl line with telkom has been down over 5 days now. Daily i contact them via phone and social media, my isp also follows up only for them to keep saying they are escalating the fault to urgent and a technician will be there shortly to assist. Empty promises is all we get!! Where are the telkom technicians? Im beginning to think they are figments of Telkoms imagination!!! Come on Telkom. Up your service please! We pay you for service on the turn and expect likewise from you!
