TELKOM BAD SERVICE

Telkom Working from home, what a joke! If your clients complain that they can't hear you then don't brush it off as if it is a norm and the client needs to be satisfied with the service. If your client phone to log a fault then the client is already upset with your service. When you answer a call on 10217 this means that your are dealing with a Business client and you should give priority to me the client as when there is a problem on my line I am loosing clients on my side. If you are not interested in providing a proper service I can take the Business else where. There is a lot of Proper Companies out there which would take over my account in an heartbeat but maybe Telkom does not need my Business anymore. If you phone a Company and you say that you can't hear them then don't you report this from your side with your technical team as when you answer HALLO it is lowed and clear but then after your heard my voice you go to silence. I have to continuously ask you to repeat what you are saying. You tell me that you have problems with the lines as you all are working from home. Sorry, but that is just an excuse and an bad reflection on a BIG Company like TELKOM. You need a serious re-look at your Customer Service and I hope the three ladies that I had to speak to today in order to get my fault logged feel proud of there Customer service as clearly they should look at something else to do. This industry is not for them. If I were not the first client complaining about the bad lines then they should have addressed it on their side already. They could have said from the word GO, we are aware of the problem that our customers can't hear us and we apologize for the inconvenience but I am going to try my best to assist you. No, they will just blame it on the system and the network. Do a employee complain about their own network to a client? No, you report the problem and don't make excuses you find solutions. My fault number was *** if this was even true.
