Telkom Bad Service

I bought data for night suffer still it's not working, then I bought airtime for 100 still it doesn't appear and I bought another one still it doesn't appears. So I don't know what to do this is unprofessional I am not happy, I spend R 200 for nothing and R 100 for nothing
