Telkom - bad service!!!

Extremely bad service from Telkom. Firstly, you hold on forever to speak to an agent. Then when you're lucky to speak to someone, you think to yourself, "do they all get the same training as they don't speak the same language when they give you advice or sell a product". Why are we still supporting them if the service is this bad? I don't want to embellish about my bad experience any further but to put it lightly I almost burst a few veins in my head!!!!!
