Telkom Bad Service

I had a ADSL line installed and it included a telephone line. My problem is Telkom has a voice messaging system after 2 rings on my landline.<br> <br> I have phoned Telkom a number of times and requested it to be taken off my number. Each time I am promised it is been done. Well it's still not done and I am sick of phoning to get it sorted and it never gets done. How do we receive phone calls when it goes onto the messaging system after just 2 rings. !!! <br> <br> When are we going to have competition that can give us an option to get better service.<br>
