Telkom bad service

NOT HAPPY. Telkom was supposed to have installed my internet on the 17th of August. The technician come on that day only to tell me that he was not installing the internet as he will not risk his life as the service pole wasn't up to standard and needed to be replaced. When I asked him how long will this take his reply was still this week. It has now been two weeks still no internet. I really don't think this is how a business should run. I have phoned the call center and the technician with no luck or answers.
