Telkom bad service

I have been a customer with Telkom for 2 years with their bad network service and now lately they keep on suspending my service without a reason, they did that 3 times in November only, I have to make a call all the time and they never had any reason as to why it has been deactivated. Now they suspended it because they decided to debit on the 3rd instead of on the 1st and now we have to stay without the internet because they have to now wait for 48hrs for it to show on their site.. I'm not happy with their service at all
