Telkom Bad service

HI. On the 11 June 2020 I called 10231 Telkom sales for a data package. They are very quick and there is a Lockdown promotion. It will be delivered within 3 weeks. I am informed that the Cradock technician will installing the line and router on the 01 July 2020. On the 01 July 2020 I am contacted by the technician and asked if my house has i line. I told him that my wife is staying there and he is free to look. He immediately in formed me that the Routers are out of stock. I phone sales and they cannot help me, I must wait. I phoned every 2 Days because my children need the data line. I am informed that Free state office has Routers but not Port Elizabeth. Still waiting and phoning every 2 days. I ask for other service but are informed that I cannot changed and my order is waiting. My nabour in Aliwal North get his data line and router. On the 20 July 2020 I phone again and is informed that there is no line in Cradock and my order is cancelled. No orther deals. Thank you Tekom for northing. Great service.
