Telkom bad service

Good day received very unfriendly and unhelpful service from your store in Carnival mall. They didnt even try to explain to me what contracts i can get seeing that dsl is going to fall away. And keep on getting messages that telkom is going to phone me but never happens. I think i must change to another service provider.
