TELKOM - BAD SERICE

I have a cellular phone contract and have had it for a number of years, every 2 years renewing it, which out of stupidity i shouldnt due to every month they not deducting the monthly subscription fee which they have my banking details for the debit order, they then dont deduct the amount from my bank account, then all of a sudden i get an sms..... your account has been suspended until i phone them, explain the situation EVERY SINGLE MONTH, WHICH NO ONE THERE SEEMS TO CARE OR BOTHER, TO HEAR I MUST MAKE A PAYMENT WHICH TAKES DAYS AGAIN TO REFLECT ON THEIR SIDE AND I USE MY CELLPHONE FOR BUSINESS. IM TERRIBLY ANNOYED AND THE SERVICE IS SOO PATHETIC WHAT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH TELKOM. SOOO ANNOYED!!!!!!!!!!!!
