Telkom bad online chat service

I have an issue with Telkom deducting more money from my account that the contract is for after 3 months and they did not notify me about this. When I went to the Telkom website to dispute this i had to way 2 hours for a contact person. When someone (Pryven Owen) finally answered me he disconnected the chat while I was still busy with my dispute.
