Telkom bad management

Internet down for a couple of days .. called telkom After a very long time we were attended to. Telkom did send a man by name of Danny. He pitched up with a unmarked car. He claimed that he cannot climb the pole because he did not have a safety rope. He stood around looking like he was confused. He also said telkom will pay him 3 months after the job as been done. We are having this problem continuously telkom sends amateurs...we pay for the service.
