Telkom bad ISP

Telkom is the worst there is. They have no clue how wireless technology works. I brought the smart broadband wireless 40+40 GB bundle from them and every month the internet is slow or either off. When you call them, they cannot assist you, you are put on hold for an half an hour and get transferred from one department to the next and eventually they will drop the call. Distasteful.
