Telkom bad for business

Telkom is great you get the best service when they want to sell you things your money is good enough that time But their service is very poor tell me why one of there agants drop a call on me when i inquired why my claim was decline without any reason reason i visited a branch also they give me a number i called the number they said theyll call me back never called also not responding to my emails paid them 3 months after i claimed they just delayed the process and stop my insurance without letting me know This is the service i get from them
