Telkom: BAD experience

Telkom. Very very bad experience. Mid august I was informed I am arrears with my account. I usually pay accounts at the beginning of each month of which I did on the first Sept. I current upto today receive daily reminder sms's with the latest informing me I am going to be handed over to the credit buro. Sitting at Telkom in Secunda on the 9 Sept I now am in arrears by R39.00 AND TJAT AFTER I CHECKED MY ACCOUNT TO ENSURE I PAY IN FULL ON THE 1 SEPT '24 AND PAID THE FULL AMOUNT AS PER MY ACCOUNT STATUS ON THE DAY. SYSTEMS DEFINITLY DOES NOT WORK IN THIS PLACE!!!!!
