Telkom bad customer servics

This network as stil not rep**** or even tried in any way to help me, I am waiting to see on the 1st of Feb if they Wil debit me when I didn't get the benefits of using this wifi, telkom as canceled my adsl line without acknowledgement yet I pay every month without fail, from the 12th of Jan I have been calling 10210 they have being transferring me to different departments but no help at all, I'm so tired of explaining myself again on this platform with the amount of times I have being calling them.

Frustrated customer I will begin to put telkom on every source of social media for they bad service
