Telkom bad customer service

How bad is that

I have ordered pocket via online sales they delivers wire less router big one then i phone them to come n collect they sent courier to collect on 01 -august then now each and every month they deduct n I reverse now they said I owe R1900 then I have been sending emails to them even now no cancelation was done,please assist I need to sort this out
