Telkom bad customer service

Upgraded my cellphone contract with Telkom, and they didn't tell me that this Huawei mate 40 pro does not install Google apps. HOW THE HELL CAN I PAY FOR SUCH A PHONE??? CAN'T INSTALL UBER, GMAIL OR EVEN LINKEDIN. I NEED TO HAVE IT RETURNED BACK. AND THERE'S NO1 ASSISTING ME TO DO SO, I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK
