Telkom bad customer service

Honestly one of the worst customer service. I have tried to cancel my telkom line for months now with no satisfaction and i am expected to pay every month. I keep getting told that they are unable to process my cancellation due to some or other issue. The recent issue is thag my cancellation request was unclear...what does that even mean?! They have a cancellation service on their website yet it doesn't work... It shouldn't be difficult well thats what you'd think... Then the worst is they send you an sms with a to call to discuss the cancellation (for what reasons i don't know) you call the number, go through the prompts to get to the cancellation department and giess what.... An automated message says to login into their website to cancel.... Well hey that's what i have been trying to do for months....
