Telkom bad customer service

Hi I am a telkom customer, I have an adsl wifi line at home, I have being having ongoing problems with this line with no connectivity and I keep logging calls, they fix the line but it last for a few days and the problem is back. ON the 12th of January 2021 I again had no internet I contacted the technical department on 10210 they said they will make a note for a technician to come check my line, I have being calling them every single day since the 12th of January 2021 to follow up and they keep telling me they putting notes to get a technician no technician to date as come. Yesterday the 19th I called again and they told me my line as being canceled which I didn't cancel my payments are up to date, so they have asked me to call the cancelation department which I did, the lady sent an email she says for them to reconnect me, today I called to follow up the cancelation department says my line is still canceled and I need to call the Departments that does upgrade cause my line is upgrade which I still didn't kno about, I called that department the guy tried to connect me to my area but he says my lines are canceled there's no connection and I should call the technical department again. Now I really don't know what to do cause each department is pushing me back and forth and nobody seems to help me, I am paying for this contract dey do not hesitate to take the monthly installment each month yet I'm not making use of this service, I have being with 2 other networks I have never had so poor service like telkom gives they customers, nobody knows how to connect my line which I am paying for, I'm really frustrated at this point of phoning every single day from the 12th of Jan and stil nothing is being done. I have a reference no that they have being making notes on but today I recieved a message to say it's as being closed but the problem as not being rectified so why would they close it.
