Telkom bad customer service

I've been trying to cancel my Telkom landline since January 2021 and sadly we are now towards the end of May 2021. I have numerous reference numbers, numerous Telkom employee names that I have chatted to: Wayne , Verda, Teneil, Khuyakazi and I sent the CEO Sipho an email with no assistance or feedback. Really Telkom I see so many bad reviews but no feedback from Telkom itself to unhappy customers. Telkom is quick to send invoices but your customer service is pathetic.
