Telkom bad customer service

My husband bought two contract deals (for me and himself), of a Samsung galaxy A34, that comes with a watch if we add R69 and free galaxy buds live worth R2999 each. The consultant that assisted him did not advise him that they do not have the buds in stock and if he takes the deal without the buds then the buds are forfeited. I was only advised of this when I went to enquire about when we will get the buds. This is a short sell from the consultant because we would not have taken the deal if we were given this advice. Now we have phones that are new contacts and need buds because they do not have an aux port to insert normal headsets. Very inconveniencing.

This happened at Telkom Phalaborwa, shop number 12, Eden Square shopping mall.
