Telkom bad customer service

I have a problem with this company Telkom and it's been a third time now I stay in Cradock 245km away from Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape. Everytime I lost a simcard or a phone when I call them they would tell me to go to the branch to do the simswap and we don't have a Telkom branch in Cradock if you want one you have to travel 245km and pay R400 a return ticket just for a simswap is that fair with us Telkom users who lives in these small places that they don't have Telkom brances? NO it is not because this make me to look as insane that I have to always go to bank and change the number but other network users they can call their call centres to do these simswap or self service.
